Horses Inside Out

This week has been a very busy and enjoyable one!  I attended a ‘Horses Inside Out’ CPD day with Gillian Higgins.  It was a full and fantastic day working and learning alongside other therapists, both national and international - coming from Sweden, Germany, France and Spain.  It was really interesting to chat and share ideas with other therapists as well as adding some new techniques to my therapy toolbox.  I’m really looking forward to putting the new equine pilates and stretching exercises to good use with my equine clients (and my own horses of course!!).
